I'm sure the quality of the item is deserving the better star ratings which others have given, but the ordering system set up for this item is one star, at best--this applies both to the Amazon.com system and the seller's own system.
You place the order through Amazon and then get an e-mail from the seller, still through the Amazon system. On one line of this rubber stamp, I wanted an e-mail address, but the Amazon system for some reason removes any e-mail addresses within the body of my return e-mail. So the seller e-mails me back with a telephone number to call so I can tell them what should be on the stamp. Impressively, the seller calls me the next day to find out what should be on the stamp. I was travelling so I didn't get the call, but the seller even more impressively tracked me down to get the information. OK, I thought that was a bit difficult, but was very happy with the service.
Then, a few days later I get another e-mail from the seller and then a posted letter (yes, in the mailbox at the street) that tells me that for me to complete my order the seller needs me to sign my name on a blank piece of paper and send it back to them. Considering I did not order a signature rubber stamp, fearing that this was some sort of scam to get my signature, and relying on my previous telephone contact with the seller where no signature requirement was mentioned, I did not send in my signature.
A few weeks go by and I get a message from Amazon that the order has been cancelled and my payment refunded to my credit card.
I must give credit to this seller for personal attention to try to complete this order and for refunding my payment, but such a complicated system does not belong in the 21st century. Before I would attempt to order again from this seller, I would want both Amazon's and the seller's procedure for placing a personalized order brought out of the dark ages.
Additionally, the system for ordering should be included in the product description. It is unsatisfactory to have no indication prior to payment how the personalized info will be communicated to the seller (except for the info from customer reviews).
