These stamps have very cute graphics. They come out ok on paper, but not perfectly every time because the actual stamp image (the rubber part of the stamp that sticks out and creates the image on the paper) is very close to the square stamp back, unlike most stamps I have seen. I wanted to use the set as hand stamps as the ink is safe for this purpose, but it didn't work as well as I had hoped. While the stamp mostly comes out, I was hoping for a crisp, clean image. I have found that rolling the stamp across the hand from left to right as opposed to stamping straight down helps the stamp turn out better. The colors turn out pretty well, even the red.
